PSYCHIC MEDIUM CHRISTINE MARIE (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining transparency in it’s disclaimers, terms and conditions for its users. Throughout this document PSYCHIC MEDIUM CHRISTINE MARIE (the “Company”) and associates, will also be known as and referred to as PMCM or P.M.C.M.. Our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions (“Disclaimer”) is designed to help you understand the policies, terms and conditions of PMCM and assist you in making informed decisions when using our Services.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Websites” refers to the Company’s Websites, which can be accessed at Https://EmpathicPsychicMedium.com, Https://MyPsychicMedium.as.me, Https://PsychicMediumCM.com.
“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Websites, in which users can view blog posts that Christine Marie writes, information about psychic mediumship readings, information about Psychic Medium Christine Marie, view the services that PMCM offers, view PMCM’s availability, or to book Psychic Medium Christine Marie’s service appointments.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Websites or our Services.
By accessing our Websites or our Services, you accept our Disclaimer, Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use (found here: Terms of Use), and you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.
Who Can Use This Website, Book Services, Attend Appointments
All clients must be the age of majority in BC, Canada, where Psychic Medium Christine Marie is registered. You must be 18 years of age or older to book an appointment and receive a reading through all avenues of service offerings. Psychic Medium Christine Marie does not provide services to minors, without the presence of a parent or legal guardian. P.M.C.M. reserves the right to ask for government issued picture identification to validate your age. If you refuse to provide P.M.C.M. with valid government issued picture identification, P.M.C.M. will have sole discretion to deem the appointment as cancelled without a refund. The parent or legal guardian of a minor must book an appointment for a minor, and be present for their child’s appointment. This is done for legal reasons. If P.M.C.M. deems a client to be underage, the appointment will be cancelled without a refund. By using the Psychic Medium Christine Marie websites and booking sites, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age.
Allergies
There is a candle lit and Clary Sage may have been burned on the premises. There is a small friendly dog on the premises. If you have allergies please be advised and take action as required by your allergy conditions as it relates to a soy based, sage, eucalyptus essential oils scented candle and or Palo Santo wood or dogs. Psychic Medium Christine Marie is not held responsible or liable for reactions to related allergies. P.M.C.M. recommends that you take this into consideration prior to scheduling and attending your appointment.
Pricing
All pricing is in Canadian funds. International clients are liable for conversion of currency and any/all related fees associated with the conversion and payment from an international location. P.M.C.M. reserves the right to change prices without notice. If there is content or a pricing discrepancy between the official website “Https://www.PsychicMediumCM.com” and the booking website “Https://www.PsychicMediumCM/book-online“ the booking website will be deemed correct, true and valid. For people making payment via e-transfer the client is fully liable for any/all fees that their bank charges related to e-transfers. It is your responsibility to make sure that P.M.C.M. knows that you have paid using Email Money Transfer.
Payments
Payments are accepted via Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, or Interac Email Money Transfers. Cash is not accepted.

Additionally, if you’re not in the Pacific Time Zone, please be sure to let me know which time zone you are in. This is very important to the process.
Once you send me all of the required information, I will book your appointment for you personally.
You will then have 48 hours or less, depending upon your scheduled appointment date and time, to pay for your Reading and digitally fill in the Disclaimer, Terms & Conditions forms. It’s easy to do! Just click the “Edit Forms” button in your confirmation email.
Unfortunately, I must also add, that if the payment is not received or the forms are not filled in within 48 hours, the appointment will be deemed “abandoned” and cancelled. If this happens and your appointment is still more than 48 hours away, you will receive a refund minus a $50 service fee.

**Please read this as there may be changes to refunds and rescheduling appointments.**
You agree that absolutely no refunds will be granted once you attend the appointment. You agree that the appointment is deemed to be attended, and any and all services purchased are deemed to be rendered once the original date and time of the original booked appointment has passed.
You understand and agree that only cancellations made with at least 48 hours notice, will receive a refund.
You understand and agree that you have the sole responsibility to cancel the appointment if you see fit to do so.
You understand and agree that you have the right to reschedule and or cancel the appointment up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the appointment date and time.
You understand and agree that cancellation is done by clicking a button link in your confirmation or reminder emails.
You understand and agree that if you do cancel an appointment, you and P.M.C.M. will both receive a system automated cancellation confirmation email.
You understand and agree that you and Psychic Medium Christine Marie must both have in your possession, a system automated cancellation email to confirm that you have cancelled the appointment within these terms and conditions in order to receive a refund.

Reading times are between, 12-8 PM on Tuesday-Friday for in person or online private appointments, 12-10 PM on Saturdays for Groups Events or Readings at your location.

If a date is grayed out or you do not see any appointment times on a specific date, there is zero availability for that date.
Appointment Arrivals
Arrival Times
Psychic Medium Christine Marie has an efficient schedule with only a few minutes buffer between appointments. Please be aware that your scheduled appointment time is your arrival time. Christine cannot answer the intercom, or have you enter her apartment, until your scheduled appointment time.
NO EARLY ARRIVALS.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment and/or provide less than forty-eight (48) hours notice may be refused future service, and possibly banned from the use of the Psychic Medium Christine Marie Online Booking Site.
Late arrivals can arrive into Psychic Medium Christine Marie’s Apartment up to and including ten minutes late. Please be kind, and alert Psychic Medium Christine Marie of your late arrival.
You understand and agree that those minutes that you are late have been consumed as part of your scheduled appointment and will not be added to the end of your scheduled appointment.
Late arrivals past ten minutes of the originally scheduled appointment: the appointment will be deemed “abandoned” and immediately cancelled. Your payment will be kept. No refund.
You understand and agree that you will not receive a refund if you are ten minutes, or more, late arriving at your scheduled appointment regardless of the appointment method.
You understand and agree that you forfeit your entire payment if you do not attend your appointment, or, in other words, “no-showed” for your appointment.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
**Please read as there have been some recent changes to refunds and rescheduling appointments.**
Cancellations and rescheduling can be done up to forty-eight (48) hours in advance of your scheduled appointment date and time.
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email sent to Christine@PsychicMediumCM.com.
Cancellations will receive a full refund if cancelled before the 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
Rescheduling will be offered if between the 48 hours and 24 hours of your appointment time.
No refunds or rescheduling will be offered if cancelled under the 24 hours mark of your appointment date and time.
ALL cancellations and rescheduling is done at the sole discretion of Psychic Medium Christine Marie.
Groups
Readings via a group reading should not be considered a substitute for a private reading. 5-20 minutes, the amount of time spent with each separate attendee in a Group Reading, is only enough time to give brief guidance or advice about one or two subjects or situations in your life. Private readings are more in-depth than shorter group sessions. Please refer to the Alcohol and Substance Use section of this document. All of these disclaimers, terms and conditions are subject to, and applicable to, group readings. If there is alcohol present, or Psychic Medium Christine Marie witnesses or discovers that alcohol or substances have been used at any time prior or during the event, P.M.C.M. has sole discretion to determine if the disclaimers, terms and conditions have been met, and therefore, sole discretion to immediately discontinue services and leave the location. In this situation, P.M.C.M. will not give any (zero, 0) refunds.
Alcohol and Substance Use
Use of alcohol and/or substances prior to your reading (inclusive of parties or groups) is prohibited. Psychic Medium Christine Marie reserves the right to, and it is at her sole discretion to, refuse service and cancel a session in progress if she feels that a client or clients, a party or a group is under the influence of alcohol or a substance. No refund will be given if Psychic Medium Christine Marie halts or cancels an appointment in progress because P.M.C.M. deems the client to be using or has used alcohol or substances at or prior to the appointment that day. Important to note is that the use of alcohol and/or substances prior to your reading makes your reading cloudy, brief or negative, depending upon how much alcohol and/or substances has been used. You could end up receiving the wrong information.
Terms of Service and Conditions
You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie does not guarantee that she can connect with a specific person or persons who have transitioned to the Other Side, also known as passed away. P.M.C.M. will do everything within her power to connect as the client wishes, but due to circumstances beyond her control this cannot be guaranteed. Future based information cannot be guaranteed.
Post reading, P.M.C.M. does not have control over if or how you handle or alter your future path after receiving new information disclosed by P.M.C.M.. You as the client are entirely responsible and liable for how you interpret and or apply information received from Psychic Medium Christine Marie.
For a number of reasons, including legal and post reading actions by a client, this site and services offered should be considered for entertainment purposes only. Legally, I am obligated to say this is BC, Canada.
Legal Statements, Terms and Conditions
You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie’s services are considered to be entertainment for legal reasons. You understand and agree that absolutely no (zero, 0) partial or full refunds will be issued to those who decide or feel that they “do not like” or “agree with” the entertainment, or have any other opinion about the entertainment experience.
You will not receive a refund if you say that you “do not remember attending” the booked entertainment experience.
You understand and agree that once the original date and time of the original scheduled appointment passes, you are deemed to have attended the appointment and to have received any or all services purchased, unless you can provide a date and time stamped cancellation notice email that matches the Cancellation Notice email in Christine Marie’s possession. You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie has sole and final discretion to agree to, disagree to, or administer, any partial or full refunds whatsoever.
Liabilities - Waiver - Release
By using any links, websites, social media, or booking an appointment with Psychic Medium Christine Marie you release her and her associates of any and all liability related to the content shared within the reading.
Psychic Medium Christine Marie is merely a communication channel (or phone line) and does not filter, alter or withhold information which comes forward. At times this information can be highly confidential and sensitive to a client. By proceeding with your appointment with P.M.C.M. you agree to release Psychic Medium Christine Marie from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly or indirectly from services offered, booked or performed by Psychic Medium Christine Marie.
You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie is not educated or in a position to provide professional, legal or medical advice. Therefore, Christine Marie should not be considered as a replacement, advisory or consultant for someone in such a profession. If, as a result of your reading, you feel the need for such services, P.M.C.M. recommends you contact a qualified person in the appropriate profession.
P.M.C.M. has Sole Discretion
You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie (P.M.C.M.) reserves the right to solely determine if services have been rendered.
Services rendered can be defined, but are not limited to time spent between Psychic Medium Christine Marie and the client whether in person, on the phone, using Zoom, using FaceTime or email services. Services rendered can be defined as information brought forward and disclosed to a client via Zoom, FaceTime, phone call, text or via email.
Illness Disclosure
Psychic Medium Christine Marie believes in honesty and transparency. Therefore, Christine Marie fully discloses that she is ill with Crohn’s Disease. Although rare, this means that Psychic Medium Christine Marie may suddenly have an exacerbation of symptoms and suddenly become too sick to work. As of the present time, sudden illness and rescheduling has only happened for one short period of time since September 2006.
By using the website, or scheduling an appointment you understand and agree to all of the following statements; Illness can happen to Christine Marie with very little to zero advance notice.
Psychic Medium Christine Marie takes rescheduling very seriously. P.M.C.M. is a humble, caring and honest person who is dedicated to her clients wellbeing, she does not reschedule her appointments unless absolutely necessary. Christine Marie will offer every “rescheduled due to illness” clients the opportunity to reschedule their appointment as soon as her health allows. It is the “rescheduled due to illness” clients responsibility to take the opportunity when it is offered.
P.M.C.M. will only deem herself too ill and reschedule you if it is absolutely necessary. In such circumstances where P.M.C.M. does need to reschedule due to illness, she will first call, then email or text you, as soon as humanly possible, to inform you of her circumstances, and to reschedule your appointment at an undetermined later date when she is deemed fit to return to work by her Doctors. You understand and agree that P.M.C.M. does not have any control over Crohn’s Disease and therefore cannot predict how long she will be sick or when she can be deemed fit to return to work. You understand and agree that Christine Marie may not be well enough to give regular updates on her condition at that time. You understand and agree that you will be rescheduled as her health and schedule allows. You understand and agree that if Psychic Medium Christine Marie needs to reschedule due to illness, that you are subject to rescheduling only, and you will not receive a partial or full refund. You understand and agree that you will not seek a refund no matter how long it takes P.M.C.M. to recover from the aforementioned illness (the last, and only time, since 2006, took 3 months).
You agree to give her compassionate recouping time and space that she needs to recover. You understand and agree that by booking an appointment you are agreeing to all of these terms and conditions.
Corona Virus / Covid-19
You understand and agree that Coronavirus or Covid-19 is unpredictable and out of Psychic Medium Christine Marie’s control. You understand and agree that if P.M.C.M. is tested and confirmed to have Covid-19 that there may be very short notice to reschedule your appointment. You understand and agree that If P.M.C.M. does contract Coronavirus or Covid-19, you will be given notice via phone call, and/or email and/or text as soon as possible, to notify you that your appointment will need to be rescheduled. You understand and agree that P.M.C.M. will require at least five (5) business days to recover. You understand and agree that P.M.C.M. will reschedule your appointment for the next closest open availability that her health allows. You understand and agree that P.M.C.M.’s schedule is usually booked one to four (1-4) weeks in advance. You understand and agree that P.M.C.M. has no control over how booked up P.M.C.M. is at the time of positive Coronavirus/Covid-19 test results. You understand and agree that there will be no refunds given in the event that P.M.C.M. needs to reschedule your appointment due to having Covid-19/Coronavirus. You understand and agree that Psychic Medium Christine Marie will notify all clients seen in person within two days prior to P.M.C.M. testing positive for Coronavirus or Covid-19.
